“Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn’t be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn’t know that so it goes on flying anyway.” – Mary Kay Ash
Founded in 2019, Imaginative was born from the desire to be not just another NDIS organisation, but an innovator in technology focused care with diversity and inclusion.
The founders of Imaginative are parents of children with disabilities who have yet to find the right match in other organisations, tech industry influenced professionals and founders of other organisations in the care and child protection industry for more than 20 years.
Imaginative Human Services (IHS) is a care provider and registered charity, focused in the development of high standards care.
We believe that the best quality service available will be able to help people to develop an independent life and have a brilliant future. To provide the best care possible we work in developing care solutions with a 360 degree approach to guarantee the best outcomes, not just a safe up-bringing for the participants that are part of the organisation, but also maximising their future opportunities for independence.
As part of this approach we interconnect alternative therapies recommended by doctors and therapist with technology, education and entrepreneurship options, environmental and sustainable therapies.*
Everyone without exception of race or gender deserves an extraordinary life.
Be curious and ready to deliver pioneering quality care by developing creative strategies.
Committed to be responsive and supportive, your goal is our goal.
